These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ExpertNest, meaning our website, courses, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ExpertNest. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

ExpertNest provides structured online courses, progress tracking, and certificates of completion. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. They certify completion of our curriculum only. They are not a guarantee of employment, income, or specific career outcomes. Results vary with prior experience, commitment, and effort.

Earning figures shown on the Service (such as hourly-rate ranges for career paths) are indicative market estimates, not promises of compensation.

Core courses may be offered free of charge. We may introduce paid courses or features; if we do, pricing and payment terms will be presented clearly before you commit to any purchase.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or redistribute course content without permission;
• submit assessments dishonestly or impersonate another person;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• scrape or bulk-download content or user data;
• use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.

All course materials, text, audio narration, illustrations, and software on the Service are owned by ExpertNest Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning while these Terms are in effect.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination your license to the content ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual-property and liability terms) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertNest Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice on the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
