This Privacy Policy explains what information ExpertNest Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and courses, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ExpertNest you agree to the practices described here and to our Terms of Service.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure credential, never in plain text) when you sign up.
• Learning activity: course enrollments, lesson progress, assessment results, and certificates earned.
• Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and usage logs collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of cookies that are essential for the Service to work, most importantly a session cookie that keeps you signed in after you log in. These essential cookies do not track you across other websites. If we introduce analytics or preference cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

We rely on trusted providers to run ExpertNest. Authentication and data storage are provided by Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform, which processes your account data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We share data with providers only as needed to operate the Service.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Learning records and certificates are retained so your credentials remain verifiable. We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your details in account settings, or contact us to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within a reasonable time.

ExpertNest is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
